Jazzercise (D’Fitnesszone)

Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results...fast. It's a calorie-torching, hip swiveling, Shakira'd-be-proud dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn.

Zumba

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Our Instructors

Airena, Novia and Penny have been teaching Zumba for a combination of 5 years. They have participated in many events and has led warm ups and classes for Marathons and events. Recently Airena has been certified in Salsation, also a new program that is being offered at the Club.

Piloxing

A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you.

Nadia is a certified Piloxing Instructor who has been teaching Piloxing at the club for about 6 months.

Salsation

SalsationTM is a Dance Workout that convert functional training protocols into innovating dance moves. It is carefully designed to integrate functional body movements into all the dance routines working out in a 3D fashion using all planes of motion It’s not only easy and fun but you can do it for life improving your mobility and stamina no matter your age.

Yoga

A spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Our Instructors

Idy is a Yoga Instructor of 5 years experience. She has participated in many Yoga courses and is certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Swiss Ball Yoga.

Mr.Lim has been teaching Yoga for 11 years and is experienced in Hatha, Yin and Flow Yoga. He also has experience in using Yoga as therapy for injured customers.

Line Dance

A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time.

Our Instructors

Shine Dance Studio is represented by Helen and Elaine. They have been teaching since 2004, and have received awards for their participation in solo and team competitions such as Line Dancing Championship.

Jade Soon is also a Line Dance Instructor at the Club. She has been teaching for 12 years and has performed at parties and anniversary dinners.

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
